the room was spacious and elegantly furnished with exclusive amenities, creating a sophisticated atmosphere. the outdoor dining area was stunning, overlooking the scenic landscape.
The only minor downside we experienced was with the soundproofing. While the room itself was peaceful, we could still hear faint noises from the adjacent rooms.

Great start for the new year! Enjoyed the spacious and comfortable rooms with fantastic views of the surrounding mountains and greenery. We found the hot springs to be relaxing and rejuvenating, perfect for some much-needed downtime. Location was both convenient and attractive, with easy access to local attractions and offerings.
Sadly, service wasn't up to par. Despite arriving at a relatively quiet time, we had to wait a long time for check-in and room preparation, and some of the staff seemed less than engaged.

During my Christmas stay, I had a fantastic time in a spacious room with incredible amenities, including comfortable beds and a well-equipped bathroom. the hotel's location was perfect, offering easy access to nearby shops and restaurants. the best part was the hot spring, which was incredibly relaxing and enjoyable.
the cleanliness of the hot spring was not up to the mark, and the noise level was quite high, affecting my overall experience.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was super large and immaculately clean. The hotel facilities were impressive, and I particularly enjoyed the hot spring area, which was conveniently located near the hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable experience. I also appreciated the convenient parking and easy transportation options to and from this area.

It was not right next to the hot spring, but it was not too far either. the room itself was super large and spacious, providing plenty of space for me to relax after a long day. the bathroom was clean and well-maintained, and the service from the staff was friendly and attentive. the hotel offered a delicious breakfast that helped me start my day on a positive note.
I did find that the soundproofing in the hotel was quite poor, as I could hear conversations from neighboring rooms and in the corridor.
